we were having problems with the fan outside running constantly and when the service man came to check out the ac system, he said there is a problem with the thermostat. It is set to be on 74 degrees and there are times when it goes down to 67 degrees. He suggested we replace the thermostat, but it's only been installed for about 11 months now. These things are not cheap and I really don't want to change because we like the layout of this one and are used to it now. I am looking for a suggestion as to what to do now.
