Question About Hunter Fan Thermostat 44660

...I had an HVAC tech install my Hunter 44660 thermostat Programs and auto settings do not work problem: I have a heat pump outside and a air handler upstairs. Hunter 44660 has 4 "SYSTME" settings: Off, Cool, Cool Auto, Heat. I can get either continual Heat or continual Cool air, but system does not run according Program or Auto settings.
