Question About Hunter Fan Thermostat thermostat 44110
not keeping correct temp...

my temp reads 790 degrees when I over ride it to 78 the temp rises up and up and the condo gets colder and colder. I have to over ride again but this time at 80 degrees to bring it down some. can you help me with this?
