Question About Hunter Fan Thermostat 44110
non responsive buttons...

the buttons on my thermostat are unresponsive and i cant change anything and the heat wont come on it says heat even when its set to off and is flashing a 4 i reset the panal and the breaker and still nothing can some one please help
