need manual question about filter warning...

Want to know exactly what filter change warning means. Is it filter inside or outside. I just had duct work. Inside filter new.

0 Filter warning blinks every 400 hours. (even if you have a new filter installed) it's just a reminder. Simply reset for it to quit blinking
