Question About Hunter Fan Thermostat None

Need owner manual what is RH% ??? Not getting very hot heat only warm. At 8am last couple of days keep get cold blower air temperture down down from 68 to60 i'll turn off furnace switch wait ,then ture it back on no problem until 8a next day. on permanent hold.
