In emergency heat mode the fan seems to run continuously; is this correct for the Hunter 44428 thermostat? Tthe heat strips were on at first, judging from the initial air temp, but now the fan is circulating unheated air. The manual does not explain how the emergency heat function cycles the fan or heat strips.
