I have been trying to reset the programming but it will not clear what is already been entered. I am using a paperclip tip to insert into the reset button while pushing the ( i think it was the up arrow) . It then shows 1200a.m time but sometime during the night it drops to 60 and is freezing when we get up...help. how do you reset and clear out all that has been programmed??
