i have a lux 1500. wiring is green to green, yell...

i have a lux 1500. wiring is green to green, yellow to yellow, red to RH, orange to orange, jumper from Y to W, and RH to RC. my question is how do i wire this to a hunter 44360. which has a hook up showing G, RC, RH, Y/O, W/B, Y1
