I am trying to reset the temperatures in the :default Program Chart" but I am unable to get into the 'Program' mode. The 'Program' button does nothing when pressed.? BTW: This is the 2nd time I bought this same product. The 1st one failed in the same manner... Please reply, James E. Crowell jcrowel1@twcny.rr.com 315-492-3412
