I am trying to install this thermostat. I have the wall plate on and the wires are sticking out. I have a red one and a white one. It says to loosen the screws on the terminal and put the wires in the back of them and then rescrew them. I have loosened the screws but the little black terminal does not loosen so I don't know how to get the wire in there.
