Question About Hunter Fan Thermostat 40170
doesn't work correctly...

when I use it it will not kick off if i set the temp on 70 it won't kick off and the temp in the house will get all the way down to 60 or when i put it on heat it will not kick off can you help me figure out what could be the problem this is my second thermostat could it be hooked up incorrectly?
