Manual/instructions how to tighten blade brackets on fan...

Looking for instructions ? suggestions how to tighten brackets where they attach to the motor. Hunter "West Indies" ceiling fan weathered bronze with wicker blades. Do I have to disassemble and remove entire light assembly to get to the screws?
