Need help with my Hotpoint gas hot water heater HG40T01AVG00. It leaks. First it was leaking thru the relief valve discharge line only. Then I discover a large chunk of the carpet in the living room and in the bedoom is wet. After I opened the Jacket Door of the Burner Access Door I found out water is just pourig down that cavity down to the cemet floor. What is causing this and this leak how do you fix it?
