We have a window type reverse cycle hotpoint air conditioner. When we turned it on it runs for a couple of minutes and then turns itself of. this has happened before and it required pushing a couple of buttons to reset it. alas I have misplaced our manual. I have tried to contact you on 1300 303 929 but this has been disconnected. Hoping you may be of assistance as I'm bloody cold. Thank you
