need to change battery for my remote do not know how to open the remote and dont know where to buy a new battery type R11CG/E rated voltage 3VDC my remote is no longer working

0 Found where the batteries are. :) when you push down the front cover, (where all the excess controls are) push the front cover just that little harder and the front cover will pop off the controler and you will see the batteries. You will need 2 AAA batteries. :) :)
