Question About Hotpoint Air Conditioner None
hotpoint airconditioner HPW-70B...

Whenever I turned it on, the noise in operation is too loud. For the past two years, I haven't been able to use it at all (as I bought this house with it, and I didn't get the manual to find out how it works). Please help.
