Question About Hotpoint Air Conditioner msb 21 hrs
fan outside unit...

Should the big fan in the outside unit come on and rotate when the aif conditioner is heating? Mine only comes on with cooling. Other brands seem to have the fan running for heating too. It seems to freeze up quickly.
