I'm returning a hoover u5182-900 powermax upright to the factory for replacement. I'm unable to remove the handle so the unit will fit into the original shipping carton. When you assemble the unit, you push the handle down into the body until it snaps. But when I hold down the release button and pull up on the handle, it will not release so I can remove it. Any ideas?
