My husband is putting a new belt on the vac for the brush- when he leaves the bottom cover off the brush turns fine but when he puts it on it won't turn. He got a lot of clog out and cleaned what he could the housing for the brush is pretty dirty , but how would he clean that. Patricia Vagt
