Is there a reset button? The foot motor is not turning on. Reputable non authorized hoover dealer told me he did not see one. He thinks problem is needs to be reset or the switch is bad or motor broken. I WANT TO TRY AND RESET FIRST IF POSSIBLE. I live in cortlandt manor new york 10567
