Is it suppose to set close on the floor ? The one I have Sets about 1inch from the floor 7 I turn it on to vacuum it makes a very loud sound from where the roller& belt is. I just got it used I know nothing about it . Need manual, and some one tell me if its suppose to be loud making that loud sound very loud . Thank You Very Much
