I have a Hoover Vacuum cleaner Model #BH50140, Mfg code B14A, which we recently purchased. The machine has been running fine up until today. It starts and shuts off then starts and shuts off and just keeps on doing that. In other words, it is not working properly. The battery is fully charged, so that is not the problem. Can you help?
