The ManualsOnline team has found the manual for this product! We hope it helps solve your problem. Get the Manual Here
0 The clamps are the retention clips for the vacuum bottom. Pry off the clips and remove the black plastic cover. It may take quite a bit of wiggling to get the item off, but it will swing out from the front edge of the vacuum. Bot belts come off the same motor spindle. Drive belt first onto the spindle, then on the black wheel (when you turn the black wheel without the belt, the gray drive wheels should turn). The longer belt is the "agitator" belt and it goes on to the motor spindle and then around the brush. The brush should lift out of the housing allowing the belt to go around. You may also have to bend out the housing near the motor spindle to get the belts around it. After belts are on, the black cover goes back on. Make sure you first put the front of the housing on the front of the vacuum and then swing it down to fit. Put the clamps back near where they will clip and then force the middle of the clamp so that it snaps in. That should be it. Sorry, but I don't have a manual.
