Question About Hoover Vacuum Cleaner SteamVac with Clean Surge
Brushes will not turn...

The brushes will not turn on my steamvac. I have turned the brush lever from off to low and high; but they will not start turning. The handle is not in the upright position so I don't see what the problem is. Any suggestions? Thanks, Patty
