Question About Hoover Vacuum Cleaner Elite Rewind Upright Cleaner
brake keeps activating...

Hi this machine seems to go through the cycle fine but during wash and rinse the brake locks on preventing the motor from turning the drum. Can hear motor trying to turn drum but drum wont turn. When looking in back motor is turning but brake is locked onto the drum stem. any help appreciated
