Question About Hoover Vacuum Cleaner None
agitator pulley seal...

the screen on the pulley seal is torn. I ordered a new one. in the mean time I attempted to repair the old one. I removed the seal but am unable to put it back in place. I doesn't snap in and there is nothing to hold it in place
