Question About Hoover Vacuum Cleaner #U4581-910
A part I don't know what to do with. Where does it go?...

I need to put in a new belt and I have a little white thingy that I have I don't know where it goes?? I don't have a manual. It's flat with a big hooky thing sticking out of it. Got any idea? It took me a year to find a belt around here.
