Water leaks out of the bucket when I put the bucke...

Water leaks out of the bucket when I put the bucket in place to start cleaning. It's the clean water that leaks out. We looked at where the water comes out of the bucket & we saw the rubber seal was cracked & ribbed on the water side under the bucket. Is this why it is leaking?? How much does a seal cost?
