Question About Hoover Carpet Cleaner F5903-900
Steam vac help...

brushes do not turn. Don't have manual. brushes move up and down likr they are loose too. SteamVac F5903-900 Carpet Cleaner. I think this is the right model. Model # on vac is F5851

0 if the brushes dont turn then your tank is not on correctly .

0 double check all moveable parts that you can remove. the dirty tank was my problem so check that
