Question About Hoover Carpet Cleaner None
Please help find the manual for this Hoover Carpet Cleaner...

vacuum is working (suction), but only from the apholstery attachment. The main intake is not pulling water back up from carpet

0 Make sure that the water recovery tank is fully locked into place. There are duct openings on tank where it connects to floor nozzle. If tank, and lid aren't fully seated and locked into place to match ducts alignment. The unit won't seal and therefore won't give suction to the floor nozzle. Also some see if there is a switch for tools and floor cleaning and make sure that when handle is in operating position that switch is marked for floor/carpet cleaning and not tools. If this doesn't help you may want to take it to your local vacuum shop for advice. Assuming the machine isn't broken or needs parts-- they can't charge for giving advice and help.
