model F7206-900 my upolhstery hose isn't squirting out its a hoover steam vac dual v carpet cleaner need repair manual. can you help

1 this is not the right product. it isn't a carpet cleaner its a steam vac dual v carpet cleaner. it has two tanks. one for clean water and shampoo solution and the other is the reservoir tank when the steam vac suck up the water from the carpet
