Question About Hoover Carpet Cleaner F5910-900
I have owned this product (hoover steam vac F5915)...

I have owned this product (hoover steam vac F5915) for several years,however haven't used it in a while. It works fine with the exception it won't suck up the moisture in the carpet. Any ideas?
