Question About Hoover Carpet Cleaner Dust Manager cyclonic
How do I change the pedal??...

The handle release pedal has broken on my cleaner and I have bought a new one but cant find out how to remove the old one!! Can anyone advise me please? I have the cleaner in bits but cant remove the wheel, which I think I need to do to release the old pedal! Many thanks for any advice!
