Hoover Swish Model HE 5003. We got this carpet cleaner free with our vacuum cleaner a few years ago and have never used it. I thought it would be easy to work out.........but all I have achieved so far is to stir up my asthma and allergies! How can I get the swish to clean/shampoo my carpet? Thanks Karen
