hoover steam vac dual V carpet cleaner model F7206-900 my upholstery hose isn't squirting out. also leaks water from back when I depress the the pedal to tilt the handle back to do the carpets. need repair manual

0 let me clarify this isn't a vacuum cleaner it is a steam vac dual v carpet cleaner. It has two tanks one for the clean water and solution and the other is the reservoir tank of dirty water that's been sucked up by the carpet cleaner.
