My daughter bought this several years ago. She recently moved and and took her inside cat and dog with her.. Thus we needed to shampoo the carpet. the detergent dispensed appropriately and the brushes turned correctly,. however the dirty water never did suck up into the machine. I took a feew things off and sleaned what I could see, still no suction. the carpet is wet, and even the shop vac is not sucking the water up to where the carpet is not soggy. HELP. Liz.
