brushes will not spin...

clean pull out screen on bottom of unit. clogged filter causes brushes not to spin.

5 Model #F5883-900 Has 5 rotating brushes and they won't move. Comment above says "clean pull out screen on bottom of unit. I have looked all over my machine and I can't find a screen on the bottom of the machine. Any suggestions?
