Question About Hoover Carpet Cleaner hoover legacy steam vac
brushes not turning, it says to clean the screen or filter but I dont know where the filter is...

the brushers get clogged with fuzz or dog hair no matter how much I clean it on the outside or vacuum it still gets clogged it cost me 75. to fix it last time how do I clean the internal fiilter or screen?
