WHEN THERMOSTAT IS SET ON HEAT. IT SEEMS 2 BLOW HEAT OUT, & IT STARTS TO BLOW OUT COOL AIR. IT WILL NOT SHUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THE DESIRED TEMPERTURE IS REACHED. & IT JUST KEEPS RUNNING, EVEN WHEN I SWITCH IT TO THE OFF POSITION. THE ONLY WAY I CAN TURN IT OFF, IS AT THE BREAKER PANEL?
