Upstairs heater fan only runs for one minute after...

Upstairs heater fan only runs for one minute after the system turns off, downstairs fan runs for 4-5 minutes after the system shuts off, blowing cold air into the house. How do I adjust the blower/fan on the downstairs controller to only run for one minute like the same controller does upstairs??? Beutler/Honeywell 800 controller T8112c1031
