Question About Honeywell Thermostat T8195A
unable to to set timer...

Renting a house with a T8195A,B/Q682 thermostat. Unable to set timer. Timer setting knob turns but the program dial does not turn. Is there anything I can do or is it more cost effective to replace the entire thermostat???
