T4600 Chronotherm ® Electronic Programmable Line Voltage Thermostat This was working, I had to cycle breakers off for 4 seconds. Thermostate won't work and has 03E on the display, can't get anything else to change it. Is this the batttery? or something else. Not sure how old this is - I just bought the condo, This operates a wall heater in the entry.
