I have had help over the telephone but am still having trouble setting the correct time for day and night. I got this all fouled up with standard time. I have it set to come on at 6:30 am and go off at 9:00 pm which doesn't seem to be working. In the am, should the hour hand be in the white section of the thermostat? When the cover is closed, the correct time of ll:45 am appears; however, when I open the thermostat the time is 9:45 am HELP
