Replacing Honeywell LR69071...

I am planing to replace existing Honeywell LR69071 to Automatic 5-1-1 thermostat. My friend gave me ritetemp model 8022C thermostat. Can I replace Honeywell LR69071 with ritetemp model 8022c? If not which model I should use to replace my old Honeywell?
