I have followed the manual "by the letter". The thermostat doesn't seem to be storing the programmed data even thought it says "saved". Some days/times it works on the settings that I programmed, other days/times, it defaults to the energy saver programming. Is there any way to delete the energy saving default so that it stops going to it? Does it sound like the unit is broken? (Just installed by the HVAC company 2 weeks ago and all wiring was tested then to be sure that install was correct).
