I phoned yesterday. It was the 1st time we used the air or fan for cooling. We thought we had 5 wire installation. The person told me to check wiring on the furnace beacaue that must be wired incorretly. What we found was 6 wires not 5. But what we also found was that the blue wire we connected to the thermostat was not used on the furnace. So do we use the 4 wire installation? How does the one wire go to Rh & Rc? Or do we have 5 without a blue wire? Thank you
