Need to know how to over-ride settings not just for a specific time period but indefinitely. In fact, ANYTHING to make it work, since the instructions (push arrow and hold buttons) do not work. Temperature showing is usually not the actual room temperature either, though I could live with that if the actual temperature could be easily changed. Manual is not online.
