Question About Honeywell Thermostat T8601
My thermostat is says "Hold -AC" and the upstairs ...

My thermostat is says "Hold -AC" and the upstairs is not cooling. I have tried the other working thermostats in the house and they say the same thing whenever I hook them up to the outstairs wallplate. What do I need to do t ofix this problem. It is 90 degrees upstairs.
