Question About Honeywell Thermostat TH3000
My heat is set at 65, ambient temperature reads 58...

My heat is set at 65, ambient temperature reads 58. The only way I can get the heat to kick on is by cycling between"heat, off, cool". I know there are multiple settings when you press and hold the "up/down" arrows simultaneously, I just don't know what the read out means? How can I get my thermostat to manage my homes temperature better?
